Integration: Prosegur. Alarm is always shown as armed #119325

The problem

The Prosegur Integration has not been working properly for a couple of days. The alarm is always shown as armed. If I try to disarm it from HA, it seems that the disarm request is sent as I receive the notifications in the Prosegur App.

I have not uploaded logs because I don't know if they could compromise my security.

I've faced the same situation recently, it seams Prosegur has renamed the contracts internally and HA can't find the configured contract.

Please try to add Prosegur again and check if the integration works

I have tried but it still does not work. I have called Prosegur Spain because my wife can't control the alarm and I can't give her permissions. I have been told that my account has been moved to a new server. So maybe it's all related.

I will keep trying to see if it works. At the moment the alarm appears as active in HA.

Have you checked if the user configured in HA is an admin ?

Yes, the users are admins in HA and Prosegur Apps.

I have deleted the integration several times, restarted HA and I always see the alarm activated even though it is deactivated. :(

If it exists, the old one still works ... at least in PT
