Timeout error with Schlage integration

The problem

I am getting a timeout error with my Schlage Encode lock. I was previously using the custom integration since wifi locks previously wasn't supported, but am getting this error after switching to the HA native integration.

Do you have the model number for your lock? In the Schlage app, this is under Settings > Information > Model Number
