Tuya doesn't support device category "ks"

The problem

I have Klarstein Skytower 360° Smart, which is fully working with Tuya app and via platform.tuya.com. It's reported as category ks, HA integration shows it "Skytower 360° Smart (unsupported) by Tuya". There are no entities associated with the device; thus it's unusable.

Anything in the logs that might be useful for us?

Nothing - even with debug logs, there's no mention of this device instance in logs.

Additional information

• This device comes with own instance of Tuya app, but works just fine with regular Tuya app
• I can control this device from platform.tuya.com and device region (Central Europe) matches with my account
• data visible in diagnostics is correct, so I suspect it's just a matter of something that was originally requested in https://github.com/home-assistant/core/issues/117853 - ability to change device category - ks seems like custom category for Klarstein
• I was able to manually add it to Tuya Local so it definitely works; DPIDs as follow:
  • 1: fan (on/off)
  • 2: fan speed (1,2,3)
  • 3: fan mode (normal,natural,sleep)
  • 6: cool/humidifier (on/off)
  • 9: vertical swing (on/off)
  • 10: horizontal swing (on/off)
  • 11: timer (0H,1H,...)
  • 101: unknown (platform.tuya.com says "anti-bacterial"); always false, can't control
  • 102: ioniser (on/off); linked to power state, can't control
