Tuya: Unknown error occurred upon integration configuration #120562

The problem

When I try to configure this integration for the first time, I get an 'unknown error occurred' message. The log file shows that it is unable to access apigw.iotbing.com. I can successfully resolve the apigw.iotbing.com address to 44.238.15.84 but cannot ping.
