Minecraft Bedrock Server Integration does not show Players Online Entity - Players List Attribute #120769

Closed siw1973 closed 1 month ago

The problem

I have a mix of Minecraft Java and Bedrock Servers.

Both Server types have the Players Online Entity, but only the Java servers have the Players List Attribute under this entity.

Is this missing attribute by design / not possible or is this a defect ?

From the documentation:

Player names are only available on Java Edition servers. Depending on the server, the player names list may not be shown completely. Some servers and plugins limit or completely hide this list or even replace the player names with fake ones to show some custom messages there.

Ahhhh well, have an Automation that states the names of kids who join and leave the Java servers on a WhatsApp group of parents so they know which kids are on 🤣 The new Bedrock servers just won't do that....
