Energy menu option title display direction problem #121833

The problem

When the user sets certain language display, some language interface settings will cause the title content to be displayed vertically.

In addition, is there a way to change the names of these menu title languages ​​through configuration? Because some translations are not perfect, some are not translated or I want to change the title content.
