Integration Wallbox, pause resume is unavailable when connected and scheduled to charge. #121834

The problem

The pause resume switch is by design unavailable when the status is one of a number of different states. This prevents pausing resuming when there is nothing to pause or resume. However, the wallbox seems to be in 1 of these states when connecting a car to the charger while the charger is waiting for a schedule (state is Ready). Proposed solution is completely removing the unavailable logic, making it always available.

Also note, if OCPP is enabled, Wallbox completely kills the on/off switch :(
