Hey there @rytilahti, @bdraco, @sdb9696, mind taking a look at this issue as it has been labeled with an integration (tplink) you are listed as a code owner for? Thanks!

It looks like your devices are not able to able to access the internet. Do you see the latest firmware when you look in the TAPO app?

pjannink commented 3 months ago

Yes The tapo app shows the firmware version of all 4 devices

sdb9696 commented 3 months ago

Still it looks like they cannot access the internet. Are you sure your network is allowing them access? Are these errors occurring when you restart HA or instead under specific circumstances like a power outage?

pjannink commented 3 months ago

Steve, I can access all 4 plugs via TAPO app / Home Assistant App from external, incl all power usage info (current, day , month)

Currently, 1 P110 and 1 P115 seem to show update value (wasdroger and wasmachine are P110's, others P115's) image

Steven, update: I renamed the entity and the card info on my dashboard and somehow they came alive. Instantly showed an update was available for the P115's. So it seems to work now
