2024.7.2 still cause requiring arm code issue with aqara M2 hub

The problem

When updating to 2024.7.2, it will ask for arm code when trying to arm Aqara M2 hub. There is no arm code with the hub. Reverted it back to 2024.5.5, similar to the issues below: https://github.com/home-assistant/core/issues/118882#issuecomment-2230437849
