Zigbee devices which loose power are not recognized anymore as soon they have power again #122609

The problem

Here's the translation to English:

I have Zigbee devices such as lamps and smart switches connected to a regular power outlet, which is controlled by a normal switch. This means that sometimes the Zigbee device is active because it is powered, and sometimes it is not. Since the last update, the devices are no longer found once the power has been turned off and on again.

You wrote "...since the last update" but did not provide a last working version? Which update do you mean and what was the last working version? Further please provide debug information as mentioned in the ZHA docs under reporting issues section, thx :+1:

Please find the log attached. I guess I had a 2024.1.x version running before - as my virtual machine was deleted I set up 2024.7.x from scratch.

The above files are diagnostics for the integration. You can generate a debug log by finding the ZHA integration, clicking Configure, and it will be in the left hand column at the bottom. Enable debug logging, reproduce your issue, and disable logging to generate a log.

I was running into a similar issue after my system was down for a week. Aqara zigbee devices would not connect to HA through SkyConnect no matter what I tried.

My solution was to buy an IKEA TRETAKT smart plug which acts as a zigbee router. After pairing it to HA I was able to pick up the Aqara devices again. It's been running flawlessly now.
