HA Scenes dosen't work with hue bridge #122728

The problem

Scenes on my HA has different bridges. DeConz and Hue Bridge. If I change now the scene, DeConz lamps goes to the correct color and brightness. The lamps controlled by hue bridge don't change the color and brightness. Over the hue app on my phone, I can change hue scenes without issues.

This is probably related to #122165, due to a change in the Philips Hue API after a firmware update.

It sounds very similar to the issue #122165. And this issue already exist in version core-2024.7.2.
