Shelly Blu devices, activities missed.

The problem

I have about 15+ shelly plus devices (gateway activated) and 4 Shelly Blue Devices, my issue is that only one activity every 10 minutes (approx) are recognized through homeassistant, through the shelly app - everything works 100%

• when i press the button it works the first time always (then it doesn't work for a few minutes the second time)
• also any activities on the door sensor is not tracked only sometimes.

example of devices signal strength door sensors -53dbm, -67 dbm buttons -70 db

it seems that the shelly gateway are not forwarded to the BThome ?? which should happen somewhere in the background automatically i thought.

all shelly are updated to 1.4 homeassistant is updated to 2024.8.1

found the solution - shelly configure .. the scanning needs to be activated...

have activiated scanning to passiv (and also tried active) on all shelly plus devices still doesn't work .. (hit or miss) - db strength is -65 / 61 (tested with two door sensors)

Same here. I use a Shelly Blu Motion to trigger the kitchen light. Worked fine for some days. Then started to miss the "No Motion" state change. Lights keep "on" all time. Restarted the Integration: nothing changed. The Motion detector works fine on Shelly App. It shows "Motion" when I pass the detector, "No Motion" 1 min. later (Blindtime).

This was related to my Shelly Plus 1 device being unresponsive due to router issues which resolved after router restart. This shelly device is a Bluetooth gateway so being absent the buttons didn't work. I don't know why the pc BT adapter didn't do the work though, since the Shelly BT thermometer worked fine all along.
