Facing the above issue in my setup as well
Same issue here.
If i reload the "xxxx@gmail.com" they load devices in this account, but, devices from "gg-xxxxxxxxx" are gone. The same issue with inverse. Reloading the "gg-xxxxxxx" it brings the devices but devices of "xxxxx@gmail.com" are gone.
J'ai un soucis identique car j'utilise des objets tuya et d'autres objet via SmartLife. Et HA n'autorise a utiliser qu'un seul des deux ponts. C'est tres dérangeant. Y a t il une solution pour regrouper les 2 ponts et utiliser simultanément tous les objets dans HA? Merci de vos actions.
I'm having the same issue, I thought that the last version of HA fixed it but no.
There hasn't been any activity on this issue recently. Due to the high number of incoming GitHub notifications, we have to clean some of the old issues, as many of them have already been resolved with the latest updates. The problem
Inside Tuya Cloud are 2 Linked Apps Account (Smart Life and Tuya). Tuya Cloud can see both accounts and devices. When called on Home Assistant, it loads only one account
