Missing test button for Smoke Sensor in Overkiz integration #125224

Open alsmaison opened 2 months ago

alsmaison commented 2 months ago

The problem

I have a Somfy Smoke alarm (https://shop.somfy.co.uk/smoke-alarm-io/). In my Tahoma app, I can test the sensor alarm. Unfortunetly, in the Overkiz integration, I haven't (see screenshot).

Can you run the test from the app, wait a few minutes and generate your diagnostics? Please add your diagnostics to this issue by dragging the JSON in a new comment.

alsmaison commented 2 months ago

Im' sorry but howI can I generate the diagnostics ? What I see after little more investigation is that the 'test button' in the Tahoma app is what you call in HA 'identity' for other Somfy product.

See https://www.home-assistant.io/integrations/diagnostics/

I don't have this option for Overkiz integration. I have it for others integration (ex. Daikin). Please have a look on my screenshot.

It seems that the command to test your system is checkEventTrigger with parameter short.
