Updated HACS today and HA won't start. #125251

The problem

Hi, I updated the HACS today, as it prompted me to. Restarted HA, and now it won't start.

I am running the latest version of HA in a Docker container. The container is running and indicated as being "health"y but HA is accessible.

I've started my troubleshooting by trying to searching for "how to start HA in safe mode" but I can't find a way to do this.

I also cannot start the console in Docker in order to view the bootstrap.py files

I've attached the logs.

I've also copied over a "/config" folder from a backup from few days ago to no avail

Shouldn't you raise that issue at the HACS repo then?
