The problem
When cleaning up my HA configuration I noticed that the "Custom Panel" integration was installed. After removing all references in all yaml files the integration keep showing as installed and it is not possible to remove it, or force remove it. I was also not able to trace back any reference in my configuration for this integration to be installed.
