I fear you need to provide a bit more details, even better if you are in need of support, you should try our Community Forum or join our Discord chat server. Thanks! đź‘Ť
The Community forum is where I believe that I asked the question.
What other details would be required? I cannot do a full restore from a backup whether it's during the onboarding process or after I create the account. It will do partial restore but not a full restore. Partial restore leaves me in a mess that i am unable to clean.

if you've already consulted the forum by creating a post there, than please share the link to this post here.

at the first the supervisor logs would be helpfull (Go to Settings > System > Logs and select Supervisor in the top right corner to get the Supervisor log.)
That is the issue. I cannot get into the system. Most pages do not load.
I have also tried installing a clean install 2024.9.1 and then revert to my previous working version 2024.8.3 and restoring the backup from there but it just does not want to work.
just to be sure, you've NOT tried to get support at the forum, yet?
you can try to access the logs on the cli with the command supervisor logs
After updating to 2024.9.1, I am also getting a lot of issues. My HA start but Alexa, SmartThings, onvif and other integrations are not loading. Node-red flows are displayed but nothing works. Getting NoConnectionError. I tried to restore a previous version but it haven’t work as well.
There hasn't been any activity on this issue recently. Due to the high number of incoming GitHub notifications, we have to clean some of the old issues, as many of them have already been resolved with the latest updates. Please make sure to update to the latest Home Assistant version and check if that solves the issue. Let us know if that works for you by adding a comment đź‘Ť This issue has now been marked as stale and will be closed if no further activity occurs. Thank you for your contributions.
