Atlantic Cozytouch missing devices #127116

Open awd-fr opened 1 month ago

awd-fr commented 1 month ago

Hello,

I recently added new devices to my Cozytouch account, including:

Galapagos radiators, connected via a Cozytouch Zigbee gateway (Atlantic reference 500269) Doris 2024 towel dryers, connected directly via Wi-Fi. However, these devices do not appear in Home Assistant. Please note that the control of the radiators is functional via the manufacturer's ATANTIC COZYTOUCH application. Interestingly, my water boiler (EGEO), which is also connected to my Cozytouch app, shows up correctly and works even though it is not listed as compatible on the Overkiz website.

I tried removing the integration after adding the hardware, but the devices still did not show up. I would like to know if this issue is due to a bug or if these newer devices are not yet supported by Home Assistant.

Thank you for your assistance.

Hey there @imicknl, @vlebourl, @tetienne, @nyrodev, @tronix117, @alexfp14, mind taking a look at this issue as it has been labeled with an integration (overkiz) you are listed as a code owner for? Thanks!

Can you please add your diagnostics?

  1. If your device already shows up in Home Assistant, go to your integrations page and select Overkiz, your hub and the device. Press the 3 dots and select "Download diagnostics. Otherwise, go to your integrations page and select Overkiz. Next to your hub, click the 3 dots and select "Download diagnostics".

  2. Attach your diagnostics (JSON file) to this issue by uploading the file in a new comment (drag and drop supported).

Most likely your devices won't be supported by the Overkiz integration. Atlantic CozyTouch WiFi devices are not using the Overkiz platform and thus are not supported. ZigBee devices are not supported in Overkiz either, because there are better options in Home Assistant for ZigBee devices.
