Lutron add on does not show correct state #128541

The problem

Lutron Caséta add on does not show correct state for one of my light switches. It will show the light is off when the light is really on

I'm experiencing the same issue with just one of my dimmers as well (PD-6WCL-XX Wall Dimmer) referenced as Device 2 / Zone 1 - Hallway Lights in the attached config diagnostics file.

I've also attached the debug log entries for the period of time in which I was physically "turning" that dimmer on and off (additionally setting various brightness levels in between) along with physically "turning" another dimmer off that does seem to report the correct state (referenced as Device 19 / Zone 16 - Guest Bathroom Main Lights) (see the log entries with the 2024-10-17 23:27:53.574 through .578 timestamps.

This issue started happening for me today. Two lights always show as on, and all others always show as off irrespective of their actual state. Toggling the lights works as expected even though the state does not register. Native app works w/o issue.

While restarting home assistant did not address the problem this did correct itself after a reboot
