Matter: Multiple "Identify" buttons for occupancy sensors #128724

Open NoRi2909 opened 1 week ago

The problem

Since updating to Core-2024.10.1 my occupancy sensor from Aqara (Thread) shows two Identify entities where there was only one before:

Both buttons work, causing the LED inside the sensor to flash.

Two Meross presence sensors (Wi-Fi) even show three Identify entities, but only the first two work.

These were added after the Core 2024.10.1 update so I cannot compare to the previous situation:

I have deleted all those from my Matter installation and re-added with Core.10.3 today but see no change.

For comparision I performed the same action with my Aqara P2 door and window sensor. Here I still have only one Identify button
