Diagnostics information

When trying to fix a "token expired" error by th integration, I tried to re-install it

Logger: homeconnect
Quelle: components/home_connect/api.py:72
Erstmals aufgetreten: 09:23:28 (1 Vorkommnisse)
Zuletzt protokolliert: 09:23:28

Token expired.

1st I deleted the device (dishwasher) from the integration Then I removed the "login information" Then I tried to re-install the integration, adding my Client ID and Client Secret. When I select "add" (Hinzufügen), the above message "404 Not Found: Requested route ('hca-reu-production.hcf-bshg.com') does not exist." appears.

Hey there @davidmstraub, mind taking a look at this issue as it has been labeled with an integration (home_connect) you are listed as a code owner for? Thanks!

Code owner commands Code owners of `home_connect` can trigger bot actions by commenting: - `@home-assistant close` Closes the issue. - `@home-assistant rename Awesome new title` Renames the issue. - `@home-assistant reopen` Reopen the issue. - `@home-assistant unassign home_connect` Removes the current integration label and assignees on the issue, add the integration domain after the command. - `@home-assistant add-label needs-more-information` Add a label (needs-more-information, problem in dependency, problem in custom component) to the issue. - `@home-assistant remove-label needs-more-information` Remove a label (needs-more-information, problem in dependency, problem in custom component) on the issue.

Same here. But I also tried to reinstall the Android App on my smartphone and are getting a failure message. So I think the problem is on the home connect server side.

Unfortunately the "hotline" is not working during the weekend.

jan-wern commented 1 month ago

Same here

My home connect integration stoped working as well probably a server side issue since nothing changed on my side Always the same *&^$%&^%#^% with integrations that depend on the cloud!

same here - is this integration still supported in home assistant? I mean, it looks quite abandoned project.

same here, server-side issue

Since a few days now this integration has issues, though I'd say they are server side. First I thought my API token was expired, but this is not the case. While resetting it up I had loads of issues, but in the end it worked again on Thursday. Though yesterday problems came back without having touched Home Assistant configuration.

homeassistant.log mentions lines like: homeconnect.api.HomeConnectError: {'key': '503', 'description': 'Home Connect subsystem not available. Please try it again.'} requests.exceptions.HTTPError: 504 Server Error: Gateway Time-out for url: https://api.home-connect.com/api/homeappliances/events

The regular IOS app has intermittent issues as well. Currently even displaying the image below (in Dutch) when launching it.

IT seem that the Servers in Home Connect Site are down, No Problem of Homeassistent

wf2020 commented 1 month ago

Same here.

Huge problems this week. Worked in between for some hours. Deleted Home Connect developer application and created new one. Newly trying to register Home Connect in HA fails now completely.

In the app all week long there is a message, that there are connection dropouts and that it will work soon again. Also contacted Siemens support - they have no clue at all...

Jarod2801 commented 1 month ago

It's an issue on the Home connect server side. In the Bosch app there is a note that they have an issue and they are working on it.
