SmartThings Integration URL strongman-regional.api.smartthings.com don't work

The problem

I setup all to add smartthings integration. Put my token and select my location.
Then it open an URL on my browser (Chrome on PC) and nothing appen.

URL is https://strongman-regional.api.smartthings.com/endpointapp/init
