Opower - Arizona Public Service - list index out of range #128810

The problem

When trying to login to Opower with my APS credentials. I'm able to login to APS on their website, but can't login here

@jarjarfinks Thanks for creating the issue for this! I updated the Opower client to better handle finding the data needed for APS to authenticate with Opower. Hopefully the client update will get released soon.

While you're waiting, can you take a look at the comments of this issue (https://github.com/home-assistant/core/issues/128673) and see if you are able to authenticate with Opower directly? This will let you know if you have access to use Opower with your APS account.
