Switchbot Curtain 3 actions not working but status updates

The problem

Hi, I have Switchbot Curtains 3, set up with Switchbot Bluetooth. I can see the status update in real time but the action buttons do nothing. I get the below error message. Happy to provide logs, etc. Thank you
