Valves not present on Home Assistant #129097

The problem

I have installed the Tado extension for Home Assistant. I have 5 thermostatic valves on my Tado account but there are none on my Home Assistant. I have already tried reinstalling the extension and reconfiguring it. How can I solve this?

Hello together, it seems new series tado° X is not supported yet. I have read somewhere there is a new API which needs to be implemented, not sure if it is right though. See e.g. Smart Radiator Thermostat X - Starter Kit. Thank you!
