Device Tracker - Cisco Mobility Express - consider_home missing #129509

The problem

The Device Tracker for Cisco Mobility Express is missing the "consider_home" configurable. Due to this shortcoming when a client leaves the network/home, the default device tracker delay of 3 minutes is introduced. The wireless controller by default has a 5 minute delay on removing a client association, this results in a total of an 8 minute delay to set a device "away". It would be nice if consider_home was configurable or set to zero.
