HomeConnect Integration: Add Support for iQ700 Warming Drawer (BI710C1B1)

The problem

I would like to request the integration of the Siemens iQ700 Warming Drawer (Model BI710C1B1, 60 x 14 cm, Black, Stainless Steel) into the existing HomeConnect integration within Home Assistant.

Reasoning: The HomeConnect integration already supports several devices from the Siemens iQ700 series, but the BI710C1B1 warming drawer is not currently included. Adding this device would enable users to control and monitor its features, such as temperature and timer settings, directly within Home Assistant. This would be especially convenient for households already using this warming drawer, enhancing their smart home experience.

Benefits of the Integration:

Extended HomeConnect integration for broader iQ700 series support. Added convenience of centralized control and monitoring of the warming drawer within the Home Assistant app. Consistent smart home experience for Siemens HomeConnect device users. Implementation Suggestion: If feasible, the implementation could leverage existing HomeConnect API functionalities to allow temperature and timer control for the warming drawer. If there are API limitations, at least basic status monitoring for the drawer would be appreciated.

Steps Taken: I have reviewed the feature request catalog and found no duplicate entry. If a similar request is found, I will support that entry instead.
