Missing messages of the telegram-bot #130031

The problem

Hello, I have a problem with messages not going out from Telegram. I use a HACS integration (homeassistant-WebUntis) which notifies me of changes to timetables. Unfortunately, only some of the messages arrive. I also use the notification via the HA app. Everything works as it should there. I already have this problem with the previous HA version Can you help me further? Greetings Jürgen Lux

Is there any way to increase the timeout? It seems that Telegram servers are a bit slow as before, and we are loosing the half of all the messages
