Hey there @jc2k, @bdraco, mind taking a look at this issue as it has been labeled with an integration (homekit_controller
) you are listed as a code owner for? Thanks!

If you removed them while there was a network or connection problem then the devices themselves will still think they are paired. The homekit protocol is not "multi admin", so you won't be able to pair again without resetting them. Some devices may have a way to reset just the homekit part, but for some it will need a full factory reset.

Thanks for the info.
I did a factory reset on the Aqara FP2 and it worked. HA has figured it out. The problem is that I can't do the same with the 4 TVs. Is there a shortcut for this?
Hi, I have the same problem with Aquara FP2 with the latest firmware (1.2.8_0006.0086) and I am now using the same HA version as the author writes. I have been using the integration via software HomeKit for a long time (more than a year). But this was the first pairing and even then it was not easy. I feel like there must have been at least one device that had a working integration. I then removed the two Aquara FP2s from the HA and after changing their physical installation I tried to add them again ... no chance. I've tried just about everything, a "hot" reset, i.e. holding the button for 3 seconds and transferring the new connection to Wi-Fi, with no offer to pair. Next try was 10 seconds hold button, which should do a full reset of the device. New connection and settings in the Aquara app (on android) - everything works on the phone, but new pairing is not possible. I will ask for help. Thank you, Michael

The other option was to leave it alone and wait for an HA update, but you and I screwed up trying to figure it out on our end. 🤣
Sorry it's different for every device, so icant help with your tvs.
The problem
The integration has stopped working. All my LG TVs and my Aqara FP2 presence sensor are showing up as having a connection error.
I cannot attach logs because I have deleted all devices from the integration but there is no way to add them again. HA does not discover new devices.
Can you tell me what tests I could do to help solve the problem?
