HiSense TV's/Projector's missing functionality

The problem

When paired with Apple's HomeKit directly (they have native HomeKit support), HiSense TV's/Projector's expose the option for Power (switch, on/off) and Input selection (scrolling list of available inputs).

However, when paired with Home Assistant via the HomeKit Device integration, the only options are an AirPlay state media_player, Mute/Unmute switch and an Identify button.
