Incomplete list of AWS regions #14052

Amazon Polly is now available in most AWS regions (all but Osaka/Beijing/Ningxia): https://aws.amazon.com/about-aws/global-infrastructure/regional-product-services/

Is anyone else working on this issue?

If not, I'd be happy to work on a patch to update the list of AWS regions.
