Home Assistant release with the issue: 0.84.dev0

Last working Home Assistant release (if known): 0.84.dev0

Operating environment (Hass.io/Docker/Windows/etc.): Ubuntu server

Component/platform: SMHI

Description of problem: When I try to register my coordinates it says "only Swedish coordinates" and the are in fact in Sweden.

Problem-relevant configuration.yaml entries and (fill out even if it seems unimportant):

Setup done in frontend.

Not sure why but it just started working again... So just a glitch
