The problem

Error fetching accuweather data: The allowed number of requests has been exceeded

45 calls at 10:00 and 50 calls at 11:00

Forecast checkbox was ON

Environment

Last HASS release on RPi4

Thanks for opening up an issue. When opening an issue, an issue template is provided. It seems like you have removed the issue template for the larger part. Please edit your issue description to use that template and provide as much data as possible. Without it, we won't be able to help you.

I also am having this issue... but after looking at the data it seems to be a result of multiple restarts of Home Assistant. I was working on some things and restarted Home Assistant quite a few times in an hour (I would guess about 6 times). Is it possible there is anyway to get it to know that it just checked previously before the restart? This is also happening to me. At first I thought it was related to HA restarts, but the last couple mornings it's done it without a restart. Seems to just be happening every morning now, and is back working again by mid day.

I do have "weather forecast" checked.

Reducing the time between checks would be fine with me if it fixed this.

Same happening here. With weather forecast enabled, by default it checks 2 times per hour. Having 24h per day, there are 48 calls made per day by default. Whilst, for the Limited Trial, the limit is 50, we are running here too near the limit.

Is there anything that can be done to reduce, for example to 1 time per hour? (or even maybe every 45 min, with that we have 32 calls per day)
