media_player group doesn't show 'on'

The problem

I recently bought an LG smart TV and integrated it in Home Assistant. I put this in a group together with my Ziggo STB. When the STB is on and the TV is off the state is 'on', but when the STB is off and the TV is on the state is 'off'. I have checked the state of the TV and it returns ON. I have reloaded my groups and rebooted HA but it doesn't make a diffrence.
