Yeelight color4 is not configured correctly #44540

Closed fallenruby closed 3 years ago

fallenruby commented 3 years ago

The problem

Yeelight Color 1S (color4) is discovered via integration but no device or entities is created. When adding manually the light in configuration.yaml, the light is not available (but entities is created)

The light has a fixed IP and LAN enabled. My other yeelights works without any problem (color1 and color2, via autodiscovery and manually)

Environment

Home Assistant 2020.12.1 on docker

Problem-relevant configuration.yaml

Traceback/Error logs

Finally someone have been fixed the issue with YeeLight and HASS integration. Thanks man! Used the miio protocol, works like a charm for the moment. I will test things for a few days and I'll get back with some feedback

Oh, I didn't notice that there is a custom component available. @Silvest89 have you considered extending xiaomi_miio.light to provide at least a generic support for yeelights?
