Tuya integration not detecting a registered IHC-200 device #46426

The problem

I've got a IHC-200 connected to by Tuya account, and have have other Inkbird ITC-308-WIFI Thermostats that show up, but even after an hour the IHC-200 Inkbird Humidity Controller never shows up in the integration.

What is version of Home Assistant Core has the issue?

core-2021.2.3

What was the last working version of Home Assistant Core?

No response

What type of installation are you running?

Home Assistant OS

Anything in the logs that might be useful for us?

Checked logs, nothing shows up from grepping the home-assistant.log relating to the Tuya integration

I have attempted a reboot, and checked the logs again, and nothing noted for issues with the Tuya app starting and syncing without errors.
