Hey there @timmo001, mind taking a look at this issue as its been labeled with an integration (ovo_energy) you are listed as a codeowner for? Thanks! (message by CodeOwnersMention)

Can you post any logs you can find?

Also, do you know what package you are using? The supported package is the one that uses smart meters, where you can view graphs on your account page for daily usage

Lif3line commented 3 years ago

Hey @timmo001, I'm having exactly the same issue using Home Assistant Container v2021.2.1. Nothing in the logs unfortunately, but the issue should be replicable by spinning up the container and installing normally. The package I have includes smart meters and the graphs in their app/online.

I am also having this issue. I can see my usage on the web portal but nothing in HA.

core-2021.2.3 No logs related to issue.

juliansw commented 3 years ago

Hi Just added it, and no sensors.

darynwilkinson commented 3 years ago

I just saw there are some entities there now. My smart meter was installed on Monday so I think it needed a full day of data to add the daily data.

All working on my side.

timmo001 commented 3 years ago

It took our system some time to show up with the 'smart' data for about a month after it was installed so makes sense

Looks like OVO was doing something on their backend: I got a notification after logging in on their site that they'd moved the account to a "new system". Seems to work correctly now after re-authenticating in Home Assistant.

ronschaeffer commented 3 years ago

There seems to be a problem on OVO's side with my readings. I'm trying to get that sorted. Maybe no problem with the integration?
