Xiaomi Air Purifier doesn't become unavailable when it should

The problem

Steps to reproduce:

1. Pull the plug out of the socket.
2. Wait long enough.

HA still thinks the air purifier is available and displays its previous state.

I also have Xiaomi Air Humidifiers, they work fine.

P.S. Recent rework of Xiaomi Purifiers/Humidifiers is the most buggy and disappointing thing in my whole HA experience for the last X years.
