OpenWeather integration wrong due point temperature #56411

The problem

sensor.openweathermap_dew_point reads 153 °F

I have checked One Call API and it works properly. The due point is supposed to be 67 °F.

What is version of Home Assistant Core has the issue?

core-2021.9.6

What was the last working version of Home Assistant Core?

I think this is a dupe of #56033 - I have a PR that fixes it that should be included in the next release (if I understand the tags properly).
