Hey there @dmulcahey, @adminiuga, mind taking a look at this issue as it has been labeled with an integration (zha
) you are listed as a code owner for? Thanks!
(message by CodeOwnersMention)
zha documentation zha source (message by IssueLinks)
Unk_model, unk_manufacturer -- remove device from zha. Re-pair it again, keep device awake while pairing by triggering it every other second.
If still get unk_model and manufacturer, then enable debug logging, repeat, and post debug logs and ZigBee device signature
I will try that also I tried to add this but not working
zha-network-visualization-card
Lovelace custom element for visualizing the ZHA Zigbee network
Requires that you are already using the ZHA https://www.home-assistant.io/integrations/zha/ integration commponent in Home Assistant.
This card can help you identify weak points like bad links between your devices. https://github.com/dmulcahey/zha-network-visualization-card#installation-instructionsInstallation Instructions
The new map card should appear in the Main Overview window.

https://github.com/dmulcahey/zha-network-visualization-card#installation-instructionsInstallation Instructions
- Put the zha-network-visualization-card.js https://github.com/dmulcahey/zha-network-visualization-card lovelace card into the [config]/www/zha-network-visualization-card directory ether by copying it there or by using the file editor to create it with a cut and paste of the content.
- Add the lovelace resource with Configuration ¦ Lovelace Dashboards ¦ Resources ¦ ⊕ ¦ /local/zha-network-visualization-card/zha-network-visualization-card.js & Resource Type JavaScript Module ¦ Click Update.
- Add custom card (works best in panel mode) through Overview ¦ ⋮ ¦ Edit Dashboard ¦ Add Card + ¦ Choose Manual A a card configuration window will open. This is where you will add type: 'custom:zha-network-visualization-card' ¦ Click Save to exit UI configurator
The new map card should appear in the Main Overview window.

This is not resolved I did not close ticket
Thank you for debug info - now if i can figure out how to add the ZHA Visualization custom card to my dashboard

how do i trigger every other second ?? was informed pairing this after defaulting it is just opening and closing sensor
Send this device back to manufacturer and never buy anything elae from them again. This is a crappy device. It does not report nor model, nor manufacturer, nor correct input clusters:
0x9e3e:1] Discovered endpoint information: SizePrefixedSimpleDescriptor(endpoint=1, profile=260, device_type=65535, device_version=0, input_clusters=[0], output_clusters=[])
That's the reason why you are not getting any entities. Potentially, it could be resolved by a quirk, as I see some traffic on cluster 0x0500, but the battery needs testing and someone needs to write and test this quirk.
Ok Thank You , I can get new ones just not sure which ones for doors and windows . Just got sonoff smart plugs they work great.

is there anyway to get the ZHA ZigBee Visualization ??? in the Dashboard ????
You don't really need that panel. All the light information is available in the zha device panel. If you still need help then join ha discord server and they may help you.
But otherwise thus place is not for support requests and that panel is the 3rd party panel anyway and not part of the core or frontend.
The problem
I just added 2 SMCDW02-Z Door Window Sensors - It pairs says device but no entity . I think it may not be configured correctly ?? not sure how - if there is a way to get working properly i would like to know to correct
