Tuya integration not detecting a registered IHC-200 device #62369

The problem

I've got Inkbird IHC-200-WIFI and ITC-308-WIFI connected to by Tuya account. The TC-308-WIFI Thermostats show up and works fine, but IHC-200 Inkbird Humidity Controller never shows up in the entities.

What version of Home Assistant Core has the issue?

core-2021.12.3

What was the last working version of Home Assistant Core?

What type of installation are you running?

Home Assistant OS

Anything in the logs that might be useful for us?

Checked logs, nothing shows up from grepping the home-assistant.log relating to the Tuya integration.
It seems that Tuya IoT Platform does not recognise this device.

Additional information

I have attempted a reboot, and checked the logs again, and nothing noted for issues with the Tuya app starting and syncing without errors. I have also attempted to add the device with other integrations and see the same problem.
