The Things Network - Support for v3 storage API

The problem

The current integration is based on the v2 API, however, this doesn't seem available any more for new users/applications.

There is a v3 API available now: https://www.thethingsindustries.com/docs/integrations/storage/retrieve/ & https://www.thethingsindustries.com/docs/reference/api/storage_integration/

It might be a good idea to make this change backwards compatible for the people that still use the v2 version.
