can't open HA dashboard in safari of ipad3 #71546

The problem

i find a ipad3 in my home, and i want make it become a control panel, but i can't open it, it shows initializing O885T0.jpg and it is my environment O88okV.png

What version of Home Assistant Core has the issue?

What was the last working version of Home Assistant Core?

it can work in my pc and redmi k40
