Homematic IP blocks external IP Adresses (again)

The problem

Referring to: https://github.com/home-assistant/core/pull/75053#issue-1301938697 @hahn-th

With 2022.8.0 Homematic IP is being blocked. Issue was solved with Release 2022.7.4 (Bump homematicip to 1.0.4).

HA shows repair information: HomematicIP (EQ-3) blocks public IP addresses, if access to the Cloud is too frequent.
