SolaX Power integration doesn't show 'unevailable' entities when communication lost to inverter

The problem

When communication is lost to the inverter, the entities for SolaX Power continue to show their last value. If the integration is reloaded, they all change to be 'unavailable'. This should happen automatically when comms is lost to the inverter.
