Your device is having getting one updated Zigbee module with different endpoint / cluster configurations (green power proxy is added) so the the system cant matching it and its need one new device class for working OK.
Also for the maintainers: 2 device classes is using the same device ID https://github.com/zigpy/zha-device-handlers/pull/1507 and https://github.com/zigpy/zha-device-handlers/pull/1274. I dont know if both is working in the reality but very likely the last loaded is being used.
I have the same device - TS0601vby _TZE200_2ekuz3dz and the same issue. I also have TS0601 by _TZE200_aoclfnxz which works correctly. I can confirm the latter includes Quirk: zhaquirks.tuya.ts0601_electric_heating.MoesBHT and the former does not. I don't see the two variants being handled differently in https://github.com/zigpy/zha-device-handlers/blob/dev/zhaquirks/tuya/ts0601_electric_heating.py - is there another module I need to look at?

The problem
Hi
https://github.com/blakadder/zigbee/blob/f5996fdc64c9537be2e1e2ab7c55daf1e2ffe082/_zigbee/Beok_TGR85-ZB.md
is listed as "works with ZHA" on the zigbee blakadder list - well, I bought two of them - and they DO NOT work with ZHA.
They are not recognized, zha tuya quiks are not applied. They do show up - but without any entities and are not recognized as climate devices.
what a waste of time and money ...
I guess the characteristics just have to be added somewhere in HA/ZHA, but I have no idea where...
