Request to add WiZ light scene for Diwali #83600

The problem

It looks like WiZ added a new scene to their Wi-Fi bulbs called “Diwali.” I’ve tried setting it manually with the light_on command, but I don’t think that scene has been added to the config yet.

@jeanofthedead I think you'll need to open an Issue with the pywizlight project, since that's where the scenes are enumerated: https://github.com/sbidy/pywizlight/blob/master/pywizlight/scenes.py
