Velux Component

Hi,

I am running HASSBIAN which is all updated.

I have purchased a Velux KLF200 and went to install the vellum component but when I check the yaml config it reports it cannot load it.

Failed config General Errors:

• Component not found: velux
• Setup failed for velux: Component not found.

Is this component complete and working or is it work in progress?

If it is complete an example of how to configure and use it would be great.

Which version of HASS are you running? Velux got introduced with 0.49, so unless you aren't running that it won't be available.

I am running 0.49.1

so it should work?

I am just building hasss.iohttp://hasss.io as i tried it on there and it loaded ok that said I have no idea how to use it so any help would be appreciated.

Yes that's exactly what I set up.

I am away this weekend but will hope to get hass.iohttp://hass.io working and will give that a go.

But how do I call the programs saved in the velum unit?

no not at the moment - I am very short on time so will have another go next week and revert with how I get on.

How do I call scenes from home assistant could you put an example on the component page or email me an example?

The scenes will just show up on the main panel. (and then of course may be grouped, called from automation, etc.)
