Honeywell Lyric Card graphic no longer controls temperature setting

The problem

Prior to the upgrade to 2023.3, I was able to control my Honeywell Lyric thermostat temperature directly using the graphic on the temperature card in my dashboard. Since the upgrade, I can no longer adjust the temperature using the graphic.

The dial thing that you click and drag is missing on thermostat card. The mouse turns to a hand icon when hovering over the part where it should be but nothing happens when clicked.

It is more generic.. all the cards that make use of this 'Dial' have the same issue!

Yeah, this card has the problem with the broken slider. I am suddenly getting the same regression as well for a different type of entity.
