I'm afraid I can't reproduce this issue, a new group is successfully created for me on 2023.4.3. Can you search for the entity directly in the Entities
tab?
Yes, but there are nothing concern the Zigbee group.
I find some link where person have the same issue but they give no solution. https://community.home-assistant.io/t/zha-groups-not-created-as-entity-ids/388460/2 https://www.reddit.com/r/homeassistant/comments/kuaczx/using_zha_groups/
In my Home Assistant no entity is create it doesn't matter the number of device I add to the the or if I reboot Home Assistant.
My Sonoff Dongle is plug in a USB HUB. Do you think this is the problem?
With the mobile app I managed to capture the error message that appears when I go to the group.
There hasn't been any activity on this issue recently. Due to the high number of incoming GitHub notifications, we have to clean some of the old issues, as many of them have already been resolved with the latest updates. I experience the same. When I create zha group Test, it is created, but the group does not appear in the entity search.

How many devices are in the group? Minimum of 2 of the same domain are required for an entity to be created
yes, there are more than 2 devices in a group
The same applies to me as well.
I found the zha group entities name now. The problem is that the controller name comes first and then the group name after. It then becomes difficult to find the zha groups in an entity search
As a workaround I can rename the entitet name without the controller name in the Controls window in the controller entitet window.

same issue here with group of 2 light bulbs
ZHA groups require at least three entities of the same type to show up as a group entity. However, zigbee group commands are very slow (they will throttle if you use multiple in a row) and should only be used for large numbers of devices, even for 3 devices it will be much faster to send individual commands using an HA group than a zigbee group.
The problem
Hello, When I create ZHA group, Home assistant don't create entity and therefore I can't use it in Home Assistant When I open the group in ZHA integration I have a quick error message "group not found" and then I arrive on the group configuration page.
